How to fill ONLINE Application Form for AMU MBBS / BDS Entrance Exam

Aligarh Muslim University has announced the application forms for the combined exam of MBBS and BDS. The forms can be found here. The last date of submission of application form is 18th March, 2015 and the entrance exam is scheduled for April 26th, 2015.
