The Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) program is envisaged as an aspirational opportunity extended to fresh graduates to train on the industry specific tools and technologies and get onboard with Aon Hewitt. The GET Program is being delivered in association with AlmaMate, the industry leader in graduate 'on - boarding' training deliv...ery. AlmaMate has helped create innovative solutions to create ready to deploy graduate engineers.
Referrals invited for
Position: IND Graduate Engineer Trainee
Band: 002
Work Location:Gurgaon/Noida
•Only B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA – 2011 passout, with no gap in Academics
•Should be from Computer Science and Information Technology stream Only.
•Should have scored at least 60% aggregate in B.E. / B.Tech. OR at least 70% aggregate in MCA
•Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Program Plan
•Referred candidate's profile will be screened by Almamate - authorized sourcing partner and candidates meeting Job Specifications will be called directly by their coordinator for Assessment / Interview
•Candidates will be called to appear for Assessment Tests. Candidates clearing assessment test will be short-listed for Technical & HR interview.
•Final selected candidates would be given a "Letter of Intent" duly signed by the Aon Hewitt authorized signatory.
•All short-listed candidates will be referred to Almamate for skill building program designed by AlmaMate in collaboration with AON Hewitt, for which such candidates will bear the costs.
•On completion of training, AON Hewitt would conduct final written assessment of the candidates and may offer employment to candidates based on the results subject to AON Hewitt’s internal policies and background verification check.
